Items from stock will be posted the next working day following clearance of your cheque.  Allow 14 days for delivery.  For items that need to be made, you will be contacted to discuss acceptable delivery.

I am sorry but I cannot accept orders for delivery in USA or Canada because I cannot obtain insurance cover. This is nothing to do with insurance for shipping but for legal liabilities for those countries, because of their tendency toward litigation.

As all my items are hand made, colours and other details may differ from those shown on the web site.

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling, and are INCLUSIVE of postage and packing.

Privacy

Your personal details - name, address, phone, fax, email, etc. - will not be disclosed, given, or sold, to any third party.
You will not receive unsolicited sales calls from me.
You will only receive News emails from me if you ask (see the Contact Janet page).

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchase, a full refund will be provided, including your return postage.  Prior arrangement for return must be made with us by telephone or e-mail within 14 days of receipt.  Goods must be returned in "as new" condition and in original packaging.

If a waistcoat does not fit, refund will only be available if the measurements provided by the customer were correct.
